A pioneer of Liège in the design of gin, LièGin has teamed up with the Millésime Chocolat manufacture to create a new gin with chocolate notes under the name Bean-to-gin.

LièGin x Millésime draws all its aromas from a nib of Madagascar pepper and Guatemalan cocoa beans, a mixture of flavors that gives this gin chocolate notes.The manufacturing process is based on a double distillation in order to give all the finesse of the product and to offer it 10% chocolate distillate per bottle.To bring a touch of freshness and acidity, a pear note has been added to rediscover the flavors of pear-chocolate.

It is recommended to accompany it with a neutral Indian or Mediterranean tonic. You can also add a few shavings of Millésime chocolate just before serving.
